How to use EM on orchards & vineyards

Soil enrichment (autumn or spring):

Only apply using a well-cleaned sprayer (e.g. clean with activated carbon)

EM-Bokashi method:

Subsequently mulch and work in lightly.

Quantity Ingredients
3-4 t Spread EM-Bokashi (compost), then water with a mixture comprising

Non EM-Bokashi method:

*Spread 1-2 t alkaline silicate rock/basalt meal every two years

40 kg Ultra fine, alkaline silicate rock/basalt meal*
30 l EM-A
300 l Water

During flowering:

1 kg EM-X Super Cera C ceramic powder

4 kg Ultra fine, alkaline silicate rock/basalt meal
1 l EM-5/EM-FPE (1:1)
20 l EM-A
500 l Water

After flowering, when the fruit starts to form, but prior to the first frosts:

In the case of weak cultures, spray this mixture as frequently as possible.

1,6 l EM-5/EM-FPE (1:1)
50 l EM-A

Mulching:

Spray EM-A solution onto the mulch in the morning dew or in the evenings, but not in direct sunlight.

Application to tree trunks:

In the autumn, or up to mid-September (depending on the weather), 1 part EM-X Super Cera C ceramic powder and five parts Ultra fine, alkaline silicate rock/basalt meal are stirred to form a paste with EM-A and cellulose wallpaper paste. This paste is then applied to the trunk.
